lol We literally had that judge question come up playing some draconic measures this past weekend when someone did "ol' switcheroo" to give a creature to the opponent and then the opponent played Timequake their very next turn.
I think it is interesting that Timequake isn't explicit enough about shuffling into your deck to apply the second part of the rule: "When a card leaves play it is always put into its owner’s appropriate out-of-play zone, unless a card ability explicitly states that its effect can interact with another zone."
I am surprised timequake wasn't updated to say "shuffle into owners' deck." (Especially with multi-player now.) That's what threw me off at first reading, I wondered if you were supposed to be able to steal someone's creatures for a time. 🤣
