The Final Refrain - Archon Invitational
On Saturday, 2024 Archon Open Champion and event organizer Emperor Riku announced “The Final Refrain” an online invitational Archon single elimination tournament, held over the course of five weeks. According to the post, “Previous world champions, 2024 Archon Vault Warriors, 2024 National Archon Champions and spectacular players with outstanding Archon achievements” will be invite to compete.
Those interested in watching the event can do so by coverage from a series of content creators including Phlox'em All, Dataforge, Sloppy Lab, dinobot, Lainusu, LordJudo, Fudgenator, Astron, sundy, Aembermedes and Key of the Emperor.
Those looking to learn more can join a Discord server set up for The Final Refrain here. The event is scheduled to begin on March 3rd.
KeyTracker for macOS
KeyTracker, a program which tracks and analyzes games played on The Crucible Online, is now available for macOS. KeyTracker requires users to download and install a client which tracks and uploads the games, and the KeyTracker website can be used to view and analyze them.
The client installation files for Windows and macOS — and an infodoc with instructions —are available on Google Drive.

Q: My opponent has Darklamp in their battleline with no Æmber on it. I use Raince Furyheart to fight into Darklamp and resolve Raince Furyheart's Before Fight: ability exalting Darklamp. Does Darklamp gain elusive in such a way that it stops the damage from this fight?
A: Yes. The Elusive keyword resolves at the point of the fight timing when pending damage based on the creature's power is set, which is after the "before fight" window. This means that when the fight reaches the point where the elusive keyword can resolve, Darklamp has the elusive keyword, and if it is the first time Darklamp is being fought this turn, no pending damage is set for the fight.
