Details on KeyForge Celebration 2024 have arrived! Ghost Galaxy posted the announcement detailing the third iteration of the annual event on Wednesday. This year’s event is vault-filled with tons of events spanning from Thursday November 7 to Sunday November 10. The official event page goes over the scheduled activities in great detail, but here’s an overview of what attendees can expect:

Thursday Nov 7: World Championship Registration, Last Chance Qualifier (Sealed Grim Reminders), KeyNote Presentation, Vault Warrior Feast
Friday Nov 8: Sealed World Championship + Open Tournaments (Sealed Æmber Skies), Tokens of Change Sealed Mini-Tournament
Saturday Nov 9: Archon and Alliance World Championships + Open Tournaments, Finals for Sealed tournaments
Sunday Nov 10: Finals for Archon and Alliance tournaments, Award Ceremony, Meet the Ghosts.
Full Event / Ongoing: Sealed Groups, Vault Assault Multiplayer, Community Events

New this year, Ghost Galaxy is allowing players to organize community-driven events — ranging from tournaments, casual play, and gatherings — which can be submitted to Ghost Galaxy via a web form.

Lastly, ticketing and hotel accommodations are available on this page. Two types of tickets are available for purchase:

Weekend Pass (Fri–Sun): $100 USD
All Days Pass (Thur–Sun): $145 USD

Tickets includes event access (main tournaments will additionally require 1 event key per tournament), a goodie bag, and a 3 deck voucher for the Sealed tournaments. The All Days Pass additionally includes another 3 decks for the Last Chance Qualifier tournament.

The Ghost of the Civil War

You may have been one of the several players who have participated in the Martian Civil War, KeyForge’s first ever story event. If you were curious a bit as to how the event came to be, or want to learn a bit more about it before participating yourself, the Help From Future Self podcast interviewed Ghost Galaxy’s Events & Organized Play Coordinate Josh Swaner.

The description of the episode released last Monday reads: “With the Martian Civil War OP event in full swing, we have Josh from Ghost Galaxy with us to give us all the ins-and-outs for you and your play group to enjoy this casual summer OP event. We found out some amazing things we didn't know!”
