The final two Vault Tours of the 2024 season have been officially announced by Ghost Galaxy. Vault Tour 2024 Germany will be from August 9–11 at the Carl-Petersen-Straße in Hamburg, and Vault Tour 2024 China will take place September 6–8 at the Jiangsu Hotel in Shanghai. Ticketing, pricing, and accommodations details are available on each Vault’s official web page.

Vaults and Stuff

Games and Stuff, the host store for last weekend’s Vault Tour in Baltimore, published a recap of the event on their website. “Games and Stuff (and me personally) has been a huge proponent of Keyforge since it was first released back in 2018, and we're very happy to see the game growing again under the stewardship of Ghost Galaxy” writes store owner Paul Butler. “The energy and attitude of all the attendees this weekend was some of the best I've ever encountered at a premiere-level competitive tournament event, and it's our fondest wish that if they so wish, Ghost Galaxy will allow us to do this all again in the 2025 season.”

For those in the Baltimore area, the store hosts KeyForge events weekly on Thursday evenings, and is supported by their local team of players: Team Bay Witch.

Call of the Translators

Ghost Galaxy Director of Operations Michael Hurley put out a call for qualified translators on multiple KeyForge Discord servers last week. His message in full reads:

“Ghost Galaxy is seeking a knowledgeable KeyForge player, fluent in Italian, who can localize KeyForge products and supporting content from English into Italian. Serious applicants should send an email to contact@ghostgalaxy.com with the subject line “KeyForge Italian Localization” that describes their qualifications and availability.”

Ask a Judge

Q: I have Cursed Relic in my hand. If I play a card with a discard bonus icon, can I discard Cursed Relic? Does a discard bonus icon count as a “card ability”?

A: Yes. Discard bonus icons appear on cards as the result of the Enhance keyword, which is a card ability. Therefore, if you play a card with a discard bonus icon, you can resolve that discard bonus icon and discard Cursed Relic from your hand.

The third qualifiers has finished and Fabulousing and Sundy have both qualified with Fabulousing winning the event. The fourth qualifier is coming up on July 28th. Each qualifier will be a two deck survival tournament where each deck must be from a different set. Fabulousing and Sundy join not2night, Harmed, and Matze51 who qualified from previous qualifiers.
