This week, the development team of The Crucible Online advised that Vault Master 2024 decks are now able to be used on the platform. Vault Masters 2024 is a tournament-legal special set, decks of which are available exclusively at 2024 Vault Tours, the next being held in Baltimore, MD from June 14–16. Information on additional Vault Tours this season are available on the official Vault Tour webpage.

Æmber Skies Gamefound: Pledge Manager Closes Next Monday

Backers of the Æmber Skies Gamefound have until the End of the Day on Monday, June 10, 2024 to update and finalize their pledges in the pledge manager. Eligible backers should also select their choice for their Home Base store and complete the deck personalization form by that time.

Q: In my opponent’s battleline, they have Boiler, which previously in the turn has used 3 armor to prevent damage (leaving it with 1 armor.) If I use Eldritch Synan (on a flank of my battleline) to fight Boiler, will Boiler’s Destroyed: ability deal damage to Eldritch Synan?

A: No. When Eldritch Synan fights Boiler, each creature will deal damage to the other creature. The damage from the fight completes being dealt, leaving both Boiler and Eldritch Synan with 2 damage on them. Boiler is then tagged for destruction and resolves its Destroyed: ability, setting 6 pending damage to each flank creature. Since Eldritch Synan cannot be dealt damage by a damaged creature, its constant ability will prevent the damage from being dealt to it, leaving it with 2 damage.
