Building the Battlegrounds for Nationals
Ghost Galaxy has officially opened submissions for National Championships 2024! In a news post, they share a link to the application form for event organizers to apply to host their country’s National Championships.
In order to qualify for hosting, organizers must be able to accommodate space for at least 32 players. If selected, organizers will also need to purchase a National Championship kit — costing $500 USD + shipping — which includes marketing materials, participation giveaways, and prizing for 64 players for each of three tournaments (Sealed, Archon, and Alliance)
Organizers have until May 31st to fill out the application form, and event details must be finalized by June 30th. National Championship events are expected to be run between August 1 – September 30. Event organizers can view a summary in this PDF, and players can visit the official National Championships 2024 page which will be updated with listings for confirmed National Championships as they become available.

Q: My opponent has Teliga in their battleline. On my turn, I play Neutron Shark. Can I order the resolution of abilities in such a way that my opponent’s Teliga will not resolve?
A: Yes. Effects that occur “each time” occur at the same timing point as effects that use the term “after.” This means that Neutron Shark and Teliga both resolve in the same timing window, the “after play” window. As such, the Active Player can choose to resolve Neutron Shark’s Play: ability and destroy Teliga before Teliga’s ability has a chance to resolve.
