Seattle Vault Tour Report
Thursday morning, Ghost Galaxy posted their Seattle Vault Tour results post. Similar to last week’s report for Roseville, the post details top placing players and decks and most common cards and sets.
Deck Scoring Sites Updates
This week, two deck scoring sites received updates.
The team behind the Archons Corner podcast released their Z Score system at Draw Better Cards. According to the website, the scoring system “was designed to analyze the sum of card values of a KeyForge set and compare the overall strength of sets. Furthermore, it lets users analyze differences between house strengths within and across sets.” You can read more about the Z scoring method here. All users who sign-up can import 30 decks + 5 additional decks per month, with Patreon tiers enabling additional monthly deck imports and more features.
Additionally, Decks of KeyForge was updated to version 6.19. The update allows for Vault Masters 2023 decks to be imported to the site, as well as newer decks which contain Mavericks (which the KeyForge Master Vault sometimes reported as cards from the VM23 set). You can also now select your token when building Alliance decks as part of the update.
Ask a Judge
How does Disruption Field work if I play it on an opponent’s creature? Does it still effect my opponent’s key cost?
Yes, Disruption Field is controlled by the player who plays the upgrade, even if the upgrade is attached to an opponent’s creature. In this case, even though Disruption Field is granting an After Fight/After Reap: ability to your opponent’s creature, Disruption Field’s constant ability will affect your opponent’s key cost.
