In a recent tweet posted from the GAMA trade show in Las Vegas, and later updated by Ghost Galaxy officially, more of the publisher’s plans have been revealed. Based on this information, Winds of Exchange decks should be expected to be available to retailers in July of this year. At the show retailers were able to take advantage of a special that gave them a free display of KeyForge Unchained decks with the purchase of 6 displays of Winds of Exchange.

Organized Play kits for “league play” will be available this fall, with Store Championship kits available in 2024.

I have Rad Penny in my battleline. If I play and attach Opportunist enhanced with a damage bonus icon to Rad Penny, what happens?

KeyForge cards Bad Penny and Opportunist. Opportunist has been enhanced with a damage bonus icon.

When you play Opportunist, it enters play attached to Rad Penny, then Opportunist’s bonus icons resolve. First you gain an Æmber, then you resolve the damage bonus icon. If you resolve the damage bonus icon by dealing the damage to Rad Penny, then Rad Penny will be tagged for destruction. Rad Penny’s Destroyed: ability resolves, shuffling Rad Penny into your deck, causing Opportunist to get discarded. Opportunist’s Play: ability does not resolve.
