On April 20th, Ghost Galaxy posted an update to the Gamefound campaign web page which touched on shipping estimates for campaign backers, as well as an update on translations.

While a definitive shipping date for Winds of Exchange pledges was not able to be provided, Ghost Galaxy stated that “all signs are currently pointing to orders with only English decks should see shipment before the end of May”, and that “those with international language decks may be a bit later depending on the speed of our translation partners, but we don't feel it will be much longer”

Additionally, it was revealed that the translation of KeyForge into Thai has been cancelled, with those being impacted already contacted. Regarding other language translations, Ghost Galaxy wrote: “We've been able to secure agreements with nearly all of our translation partners. Some of them are far along in the project already, including Italian, Portuguese, Traditional Chinese, and Simplified Chinese. Others are earlier in the project and we're hopeful it will move along quickly. There's still a lot of work to be done, but it's progressing really well!”

Rules Updates Galore

On April 18th, Ghost Galaxy updated several KeyForge rules documents:

The fundamentals of playing KeyForge have been split off into the new Learn to Play KeyForge book, and the new KeyForge Master Rulebook has been restructured accordingly.

Of note, the Master Rulebook glossary has been updated to better clarify “enters play” resolutions as well as how Omega resolves - which does revert some previous rulings made by Fantasy Flight Games.

Yes. Shoulder Id’s replacement effect happens when Shoulder Id would set its pending damage in the fight. This is before Shoulder Id would leave play after being destroyed in the fight.
