On their previous turn, my opponent played Shadow of Dis. On my turn, I play Turnkey. On my opponent’s next turn, they destroy Turnkey. Do they forge a key?

No. Turnkey’s Play: ability creates a lasting effect that would allow your opponent to forge a key at no cost, but because of Shadow of Dis’ ability, Turnkey’s text box was blank after it entered play, so there was no resolution of the Play: ability, and no lasting effect was created.
